La Flora Jewellery will choose to repair or replace jewellery which has been determined to be subject to manufacturing issues up to 6 months after the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any issues arising from repair or sizings conducted by third parties, general damage, breakage or accident, normal wear and tear – such as normal wear & tear or tarnishing (see ‘Care of Jewellery’). As our silver products are Rhodium plated, this will eventually wear and require re application as part of normal wear & tear.

To return an item under a Warranty claim, please contact La Flora Jewellery on laflora@laflorajewellery.com.au and advise when, and under what method you are returning the item and stating the problem with the piece. You will need to provide a Proof of Purchase docket, or the name and contact of the purchaser and date of purchase. You will then be contacted following receipt by La Flora.
